Energy Experts Network meeting - 23 March 2010, Brussels
During the meeting we discussed the European Commission’s definition of cost optimal performance requirements for refurbishment. We have also addressed issues like the use of ERDF for housing refurbishment and discussed potential development & obstacles of district heating in housing with examples from France and Sweden.
