Description:
LEAF project aims at improving the energy efficiency of apartment blocks by overcoming a number of key barriers to retrofitting these properties such as the limitations of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and difficulties associated with buildings under multiple ownership. The project will develop a toolkit that provides a step-by-step approach to retrofitting apartment blocks, incorporating a ‘Technical Toolkit’ and an ‘Engagement Toolkit’.

EASEE project aimed at developing a Toolkit for envelope retrofitting of existing multi-storey and multi-owner buildings which combines novel design and assessment strategies, with scaffolding-free installation approaches, to reduce energy demand and minimising the impact on occupants while preserving the façade original appearance.
