Description

The resource id formed by two reports:

The first report draws a picture of the energy renovation process currently implemented in the six social housing organizations participating in the project (SHO from UK, France, Italy, Belgium and Bulgaria), together with problems and a range of possible alternatives for improvement. In order to draw a picture that facilitates a comparison of renovation processes in different social housing organizations, the process is described in a systematic order. In the first place the general characteristics of the social housing organisation and the regulations that apply to their renovation processes are presented. Further, the different elements of the renovation process are described in depth: the energy renovation process (actors and duties along the different phases) and the relational characteristics among actors.

The second report completes the first one. The actors involved have been listed and the main tasks for every actor have been described in time. Moreover, the relations among the different actors have been categorized.
The information presented in both reports has been gathered through the use of an extensive questionnaire and interviews among employees of the different SHOs and other actors involved in their renovation processes.
