Description

This output is a synthesis of causes and consequences of fuel poverty in France, Spain, Italy and UK. Causes identified in the report are various and similar in this countries. This are: Low resources with high running cost, quality of housing and energy price. The main consequences are the link between fuel poverty and health (physical and mental problems), over borrowing, housing degradation, important gas emission.

Implementation

This output should be use as an analysis tool to understand fuel poverty to have a joint vision of the phenomem and its causes and consequences.
It should be use as the very first step of an action on fuel poverty strategy (to better understanding of it).
