Description

Guides are intended to assist members public decision makers, social workers, housing organization, association etc…in identifying fuel and other energy problems, to make diagnostics at local level, use existing mechanisms to help people who are in fuel poverty or have signs, and provide information and guidance to solve these problems.
Each countries, members of EPEE project, elaborate its own guide, adapted to national situation for example Belgium guide focus on social measures in Energy, and French guide is a toolkit with fiche on all aspect of fuel poverty.
