Description

A software to help in the evaluation of energy efficiency of houses (condominiums, detached houses, new buildings), and in the comparison of several possible solutions for the improving of the energy performance, published in Italian. The software and related Guides are addressed to:
Families living in detached houses;
Building managers and families living in condominiums;
Families that are about to purchase newly-built houses;

Implementation

The Software is available in Italian and can be free downloaded from the Enerbuilding site : http://en.enerbuilding.eu/

The main problem for this type of tool are:
     the necessity to updating due to legislative framework changes:
     the possibility to adapt to other national context, who need a adaption supplementary work, in order to consider the national different frameworks.

Information

The use of this tool  is very user friendly and it’s possible to use it for the preliminary comparative evaluation of several refurbishment solution.
