Guides to help in the evaluation of energy efficiency of houses (condominiums, detached houses, new buildings), and in the comparison of the possible solutions for the improving of the energy performance, published in Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese. The Guides and related software are addressed to:
Families living in detached houses;
Building managers and families living in condominiums;
Families that are about to purchase newly-built houses;

The main problem for this type of tool are:

•  the necessity to updating due to legislative framework changes:

• the possibility to adapt to other national context, who need a adaption supplementary work, in order to consider the national different frameworks.

Information

In the Italian version, the guides are divided into three sections: new construction, condominiums and single houses and are linked with the other main tool of the Enerbuiding project:

• the software for calculating and evaluation of the possible improvement of the energy efficiency of the residential existent buildings.
