Description

This guide provides a set of recommendations addressed to the different actors (public administrations, individual co-owners, developer companies, professionals and other actors) participating in the rehabilitation of buildings and applied in different fields (management, legislation, financing, technical advice, awareness, information and participation, etc.), so as to achieve a substantial improvement of energy efficiency and thermal comfort conditions.
The respective chapters are as follows:
