This publication is a scientific methodology to help Social Housing landlords to optimize Energy Saving Measures implemented within their housing stock. This methodology articulates conceptual tools and reporting formats. The conceptual tools define a common framework for analysing and identifying the Energy Saving Measures related to management and maintenance in the housing stock. The reporting formats will present the results highlighted thanks to the methodological tools of the project.
