Monitoring

Short Description

This renovation project is an example of thermal renovation of a comparatively “young” building. Renovation costs could be kept low since the building had been equipped with elevators and central heating (district heating) from the beginning and the improvement of the façade took place about 25 years after completion of the house. Calculated heating demand and actual energy consumption after renovation are in line.
