Main Results

The decrease in enregy consumption would allow a reduction by 66% of gas consumption and green house gas emissions.

This would be achieved by replacing the joinery work, the exterior insulation, installing humidity sensitive ventilation... and the hot water will be supplied by solar panels.

Lessons learned

Energy consumption for heating will decrease from 277 kWhep/year/m² to 98 kWhep/year/m².
