Key Elements
Main Results
At this stage the project analyzed the existing housing stock and its consumptions, and gave a first financial estimation:
To reach a general level of 150kWh of consumption it’s needed to spend between 15.000 to 20.000 €/dwelling.
To improve the consumption from 150 to 120 kWh is foreseen an expens of 2000 €/dwelling.
To improve on extra 20 kWh is foreseen an expenses of 2000 €/dwelling.
Lessons learned
There are difficulties for organizations to address the different funding programme and so to reach the opportunities because of the different application modality. A unified system should be developed.
