Short Description
The renovation was started in 2003. The aim was to achieve energy saving and retrofit the building. The complex renovation was financed by apartment owners and a bank loan and was carried out in 2003- 2008.

- The building is situated in the centre of the village Loo, so the new outlook of the building gave a new outlook for the whole village and is a good example for the other multi-apartment buildings in the village.
