Short Description
In 2011 a hydraulic balancing was done in the vertical single-pipe heating system. Long term success: saving of 8 % by hydraulic balancing.
Back in 2000, the facade, roof, basement and the distribution lines were insulated. New windows were installed.

Main Results
Successful saving of final energy by hydraulic balancing: before 101 kWh/m2a, after 93 kWh/m2a.
Certified district heating: Primary factor fp = 0,56, saving of 1.568 t CO2 per anno compared to gas (for the whole company).
Saving costs by reducing the agreed power input (heating) from 273 kW to 193 kW and by saving energy, successful saving is measured over 2 years after balancing.
