Main Results
Monitoring of the building has allowed us to compare the real energy consumption to an exactly typologies of dwelling built without those efficient construction systems and without using such efficient renewable energies like geothermal:
- Kwh dwelling year = 2.505 (Heating, refreshment, hot water)
- Kwh/m2 year = 35,66 (Heating, refreshment, hot water)
If we compare the real consumption between the 2 monitored buildings along one year we can assess that the savings are:
- Energy savings = 59%
- Euros savings = 35 %
