Short Description

Biella Retrofitting One is promoted by ATC Biella in collaboration with Federcasa and Aeneas. The upgrading energy covers all social housing, located in Biella, owned for the bulk of the Agency for Territorial House (ATC) and partly by some residual owners "ATC former tenants." The Compendium consists of three different real estate buildings, called A, B and C.

The project provides for the reduction in the number of power stations from 6 to 2 with co-generation plant. The aim of the document is to further assess the impact of the project and possibly suggest improvements during construction.

This project has the overall objective of producing significant energy savings for buildings, reducing CO2 emissions, and a progressive benefit for users of the energy. service.

It is obvious that one of the objectives included in the intervention, as it has been designed, is to improve the building-plant system in order to reach standard 20 ° C
