Short Description

Condition before the work:

The condition of the building was the following:

Loss of the building "Isolation"
- Need for energy flux: 83 000 or 180 W / m²
- After isolation: 28 000 or 60 W / m²

Heating:
- Requirements state: 166 kilowatts
- After isolation: 57 kW

Ventilation:
- A breakdown in the presence of uncontrolled non-compliant with current regulations. Very uncomfortable especially for renters with external joinery facilities if emphasized the thermal discomfort.

General appearance of homes:
- General deterioration mainly due to poor insulation and poor ventilation;
- Amplified presence of mold in the building;
- The embellishments are faded and a cover of soil is difficult;
- Landing doors to lock single point of thinness does not guarantee a comfortable tone and are not effective enough in terms of air tightness and resistance to fire.

Insecure Gas:
- Unventilated technical gain
- Old doorless taps

Electricity:
- Public installation outdated and not secure.
- Installation in basic unsafe accommodation.
- Very few outlets in each unit that requires the use of multi taken outlets.
- Non-compliance with RT 2005.
