Short Description
The leader project LOGIREP provides 230 housing rehabilitation with AO design, production and guaranteed maintenance for 4 years. The aims established by the project are the 40%reduction of the actual energy consumption and the achievement of BBC Label: from 240 to 60 kWhEP / m². yr (75% calculation RT).
Moreover, the installation of the insulation envelop, ventilation and solar thermal works are provided by LOGIREP THROUGH AN Energy Performance Contract. LOGIREP undertakes the P2/P3 maintenance and the creation of 6 homes accessibility PMR.
Moreover, the Energy Performance Contract includes:
Design and achievements; maintenance during the work and four years maintenance after the conclusion of the work. The EPS does not provide P1.

No contracts over the number of residents
• Year 1: probationary year without payment of bonus / malus
implementation of the GRS
• Annual audit year 2, 3 and 4 of the Agreement: maintenance on the meter RCU

Estimated work cost of 9 million : 4milion euros of energetic work and 5 million euros in classical rehabilitation;
To be more specific 57% of the finances are due to the ECO-Pre; 14% to ECO-TFPB, 10% to tenants financment, 10% FEDER; ADEME 8 %. And only 1 % of CEE.
Main Results
The objectives of the project to be achieved are :
40 % reduction of energy consumption; Factor 4 – GES; developed REC solar thermal; disability access and a creation of a possible commentary surface for extension and innovation .
