Based on the identified needs and the new challenges that the housing sector is facing, the Coordinators of the Italian POWER HOUSE Platform have selected a series of tested resources and best practices produced in the framework of various EC funded projects and beyond in order to create a customised Toolkit adapted to the national context.

This Toolkit, disseminated through the Italian POWER HOUSE Platform’s website and promoted during the events organised in the framework of the Platform’s activities, provides valuable information to its members and other relevant stakeholders involved in the greening process of the housing sector in Italy.

According to the operational structure of the POWER HOUSE Italian Platform, the following tailor-made Toolkits have been made available to Italian Public and Cooperative Housing Organisations:

• Technical Toolkit;
• Financial Toolkit; 
• Social Toolkit.
