Following Mr Günther Oettinger’s statement, the EU Commissioner’ for Energy, regarding the cost of building renovation estimated at 70-80 000 euros for a dwelling with a 20-40 year payback, we list the following reactions based on studies conducted by the different SHO’s which estimate the refurbishment cost and necessary payback time of the investment.
