The POWER HOUSE team has selected these resources to support social, public and cooperative housing professionals in the development and implementation of their energy efficiency and environmental strategies for both new-build and retrofit.
They have been selected from a number of sources including EC funded projects, national regional and local projects and programmes and policies for application at different stages of strategy development and the building and maintenance phases.
These resources include case studies, best practices, guidebooks, technical reports, tools for training and asset management. They should assist practitioners on issues such as finance and management, working with residents, energy efficiency, renewables and monitoring and certification.
